Vinos de los Andes
has worked on the careful renovation
of the premises of a traditional Winery
in Maipu, a mythical area where the
best Argentine wines are made, located
a few minutes from Mendoza city and
its large production centers.
The Winery, created in 1930, has an
excellent architectural and functional
structure, and was totally revamped
in 2005. Our team aimed at maintaining
the general esthetics of the Old Winery,
and the architects worked on its internal
reorganization to increase its functionality
based on today’s winemaking needs
as defined by our technical team.
This respect for the original structure,
complemented with leading-edge technology
for the production of great wines, has
resulted in a delicate balance between
tradition and modernity.
At its Winery, Vinos de los
Andes makes Premium wines that
show the differential attributes of
Argentine wines.
Thus, our philosophy reflects not only
the spirit of each of our products but
also the place where they are brought
to life.
The Winery’s total capacity (3,097,700
liters), indeed modest in times of large-scale
wine production, allows us to manage
an ideal volume, ensuring consistent
supply and sustained quality. We establish
a clear differentiation between mass
producers and premium winemakers. Our
target, rather than volume, is to sustain
and increase the excellence of our products. |
